Vol-Track 2.04/10/2007

Developers Kingdom, LLC announces the upcoming release of Vol-Track version 2.0. This version is a complete redesign of the software and will add many new features, including:

  • a new user interface
  • multi-user support
  • security
  • a customizable layout
  • additional report styles

and more. The release is targeted for mid-summer.

Developers Kingdom takes over Vol-Track1/1/2007

Developers Kingdom has decided to take over development and distribution of Vol-Track from its child company, SP extreme.

Developers Kingdom is building their business around Vol-Track and a suite of services to support and expand Vol-Track. Strategically, this is a powerful move because it gives Vol-Track the individual attention it deserves.

Developers Kingdom offers years of experience in software development and project leadership. By putting their expertise to work on Vol-Track, they plan to develop it into a powerful tool for non-profit organizations.

Developers Kingdom hopes that this move will provide a more nurturing environment for the advancement of Vol-Track and looks forward to the years ahead.

Open License 2.00a for .NET 2.02/12/2006
Open License 2.00a for .NET 2.0 has been released. It contains the source and binary for the .NET 2.0 version of Open License. A host of changes have been included in this release but there are no bug fixes or additional features. The major updates to this release include: Port to .NET 2.0; Updated Documentation; New Open Source Licenses; Refactored namespace architecture; Updated to use Generics; and a few other changes. Open License no longer supporting .NET 1.12/12/2006
We made the choice to no longer support .NET 1.1. Version 0.951 is the last release of Open License supporting .NET 1.1. The choice was made so that we can focus our efforts on the newest technology. Our CVS will retain a copy of 0.951 source code in a NET1.1 directory for any users who require it.

Open License 0.9518/9/2005
Open License 0.951 is being released to fix some minor issues and cleanup the documentation. See the Release Notes for full details. There is still a fair amount of issue which need attention. OL 0.96 will hopefully included many of them including a re-write of the OL Builder. Stay tuned.

Jail Gate 2.0 Release4/15/2005

Today, we released Jail Gate 2.0. Jail Gate is a unique game which places you in Jail. The goal is to escape as quickly as you can by pressing the correct combination of buttons. With 3 different levels, this puzzle will trouble you for hours.

A demo version of Jail Gate 2.0 is available on our site and may be used for 10 days from the first use.

A forum area also exists to allow user to discuss Jail Gate and possible solutions.

Database Client 1.2 Release2/27/2005
Today, we announce the release of DatabaseClient 1.2. This release offers new methods to advance the functionality of DB Client. It also provides a licensing mechanism so we can now provide a Trial version. To obtain a license for the trial you’ll need to fill out our license request form. Playoff Ladder Creator 2.4 and Demo2/19/2005
Today, we announced the release of Playoff Ladder Creator 2.4. The release provides minor bug fixes and no new features. The major reason for this release is to provide a licensing mechanism. By adding licensing, PLC may now be used as a trial for 10 days. A license may be purchased to activate PLC at any time by visiting our Secure Order Form. To download the demo visit PLC home.

Open License Bug Tracking Available2/14/2005
We added support on SP extreme to support bug and feature tracking for Open License. This allows users to post bugs and features when they are found. It also allows you to better see what we are currently working on and what issues have been resolved. We think this functionality will be very beneficial to the project. No longer using GotDotNet2/14/2004
We have decided to no longer maintain the GotDotNet site for Open License. This is for many reasons but the main two are: not much traffic; and the issues constantly found on the site. With this change we will continue to update the other locations. However we recommend always checking SP extreme for all the latest informtion
